Seeking 2 actresses for 5-character play, "The Stone That Started the Ripple," a 1-hr. one act by Patricia Nugent about the original Suffragettes.  First performance slated for March 26th @ Russell Sage College, with future performances likely.  

Susan B. Anthony (45-60) - historical figure who returns from the "grave" to share insights about the original struggle for suffrage, the current inequities of our society, and to rally Americans to Woman's cause again.

Moderator (20's - 40's) - represents the contemporary civic-minded woman.  Bright, educated, Urban-Chic.  She "hosts" the evening, engages in dialogue with the Suffragettes and fields questions from the audience.  She is the link to much needed action today. 

Weekly rehearsals Wednesday evenings in Saratoga Springs thru January.  Rehearsal schedule will build in February into March; TBD.  Small stipend for performance. Please email director Lezlie Dana @ lezlie at nycap.rr.com.
