The AlbanyAcademies Musical Theater Summer Camp presents 


DearEdwina, Jr. 


Open to allstudents entering grades 4-9 


Two WeekSession: June29-July 10.  Camp hours are 9am – 4pm,M-F.  


Welcome to TheAlbany Academies Musical Theater Camp! Lead by experienced actors, directorsand technicians, this fast-paced rehearsal process will culminate on the lastday of camp with a matinée dress rehearsal for the other camps and a Fridayevening performance of Dear Edwina, Jr. Along the way, students willparticipate in several workshops that address both performance and technicalaspects of theater. In addition to being cast in the show, each student willcreate an audition binder complete with a resume, sheet music and an 8X10headshot to prepare them for future auditions.  (Auditions take place during the afternoon on the first day of camp.)


This year therehearsals and performances will all take place across the street from TheAlbany Academy in the newly renovated Albany Academy for Girls’ Auditorium at 140 Academy Rd. Albany, NY.Arrangements for early drop-off and late pick-up at The Albany Academy are available.

Cost: $600 fortwo week session (includes hot lunch every day).  
Early drop-off: AA campus 7:45 a.m.-8:45 a.m. (no fee)
Camp Hours: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. AAG Auditorium
Extended Day Hours: AA campus 4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Cost: $125 for two weeksession. This camp is open to the first 40 students who register.
