We are actively casting parts for an original musical to be filmed for public television, performed at Proctors Theater Aug. 18 & 19, and rehearsed at Schenectady Light Opera. It's a great and exciting opportunity to be in a large production with a national audience!
A male lead is particularly needed, and other roles are available for highly-talented people. No more youths are needed. Visit http://themusical.org for complete information.
We are holding an audition Tuesday May 3rd 7-9 pm at SLOC, 427 Franklin St., in the theater lobby. If you can't make it, contact us and an audition can be arranged by appointment at SLOC or in Altamont at the director's studio.
THE PLOT: What happens when an artist who lives in his own little world, in a house full of cute, funny, and sometimes frightening creatures, falls in love with a girl from the real world? Find out in this inspiring and uplifting tale of medieval painter Hieronymus Bosch and his too-large imagination.
Thank you!
