DR Productions is announcing auditions for its latest production, a fan
film inspired by the long-running Power Rangers franchise:
POWER RANGERS GRID DEFENSE
10 years have passed since the computer virus attack that wiped out an
experimental power plant. In the near future metropolis of Omega City, the
Enetron Corporation has dominated the energy industry, with a new form of
clean fuel known as Enetron, stored in massive energy towers across the
city. But the virus has resurfaced, now capable of releasing evil robotic
monsters into our world, each linked to a massive MegaDroid, intent on
draining the towers to give their master new life. The only thing standing
in their way are the three teen survivors of the original attack, now with
new powers that allow them to transform into an all-new team of Power
Rangers!
Auditions will take place on *Monday, June 27th* and *Wednesday, June 29th*,
at *6pm* at the *Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library*. We are actively searching
for a diverse cast in terms of age, gender, and race. Filming will take
place over the month of July, to be scheduled according to actor
availability. This is a volunteer production, and auditions are open to
everyone. If you would like to take part in this fun superhero experience,
then please contact jacob.brode at gmail.com.
