*Classic Theater Guild *is proud to announce auditions for its production
of Agatha Christie’s classic courtroom thriller, *Witness for the
Prosecution*.



*Auditions:*



*Wednesday, August 16 and Thursday, August 17 *

*and*

*Wednesday, August 23 and Thursday, August 24*

*7 p.m.*



*Audition Location:*

*Congregation Beth Israel*

*2195 Eastern Parkway, Schenectady*



*Please be prepared to deliver a monologue (memorization not necessary).
Actors will also read from script.*



Production dates will be October 14 through October 22.



Rehearsals will generally be Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday



In* Witness for the Prosecution *Leonard Vole is arrested for the murder of
Emily French, a *wealthy* older woman. Unaware that he was a married man,
Miss French made him her principal heir, casting suspicion on Leonard. When
his wife, Romaine, agrees to testify, she does so not in Leonard's defense
but as a witness for the prosecution.
