Auditions for Town Players of Pittsfield's Fully Staged Production of Richard O'Brien's "The Rocky Horror Show" at BCC

Town Players of Pittsfield, in its 97th Season, will present Richard O'Brien's "The Rocky Horror Show" directed by Matthew T. Teichner with Musical Director Jeff Hunt, in the Boland Theater at Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield MA, October 20-29, 2017.

Those auditioning need to prepare 15-30 bars from a pop or rock song.  The song may be from a musical, but not from "The Rocky Horror Show". Each person must bring sheet music. Accompanist will be provided. Acapella auditions will not be allowed.  For dance portion of audition, people are asked to dress comfortably or be prepared to change. (Note: The dance portion of the audition should not discourage anyone from auditioning since some ensemble members will not be required to dance.) 

Auditions will take place in the Boland Theater at Berkshire Community College (Room K110)  and will begin at 7pm on Tuesday, July 11 and Thursday, July 13 with callbacks on Tuesday, July 18 at 7pm. There will be 10 weeks of rehearsal.  Performances are October 20 through 29 at the Boland Theater, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm.
