Performances at The Colonie Elks, 11 Elks Lane, Latham, NY 12110 July 12-28, 2019- Friday & Saturday at 6pm, Sunday at 2pm

One of the longest running shows in Off Broadway history, this delightful evening gives new meaning to the phrase “And now for something completely different!” Audience members are the guests at the nuptial celebration of Tony Nunzio and Valentina Vitale in all its tacky and hilarious glory. Following the church service is a reception where the audience joins the wedding party and their bickering families for a pasta dinner, champagne toasts, wedding cake and dancing to a five piece band.

Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding is a one-of-a-kind night of entertainment – an immersive comedy show staged as an evening of nuptials for two Italian-American families. It invites the audience to actively participate in all festivities: everyone is a welcome guest at the ceremony and reception, there’s real food, real dance, and real mingling with the cast of loveable characters.

AUDITION INFORMATION:

AUDITIONS/CALLBACKS WILL CONSIST OF BOTH COLD READINGS OF PROVIDED SIDES AND SOME IMPROVISATIONAL WARMUPS AND SCENARIOS.

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:

This is an interactive, immersive comedy. This production requires tight ensemble work, strong improvisational skills, physical comedy and excellent comedic timing. This is developed in focused rehearsals with scene partners.  As such, Rehearsal Availability strongly affects casting decisions, please be detailed and straightforward. If there are any conflicts at all, including classes or lessons, with the above schedule you MUST LIST THEM them on your audition sheet.

June 23rd- July 3rd Sun- Fri 6-10pm
Tech Week: Mandatory Full Cast and Crew
7/8 Tech rehearsal 5-10pm
7/9 Dress Rehearsal 5-10pm
7/10  Dress Rehearsal & Publicity Photos 5-10:30 pm
7/11 Dress Rehearsal
7/12-7/28 Performances Friday-Saturday 6pm,  Sun Matinees at 2pm
7/28- Strike Immediately after Last performance
