Alternating Saturdays beginning January 11, 2020

Albany Dance and Fitness

Mixed-level classical jazz with a leggy edge.  (No hip hop here. 😉)
For adults and teens with some previous dance training and experience  
picking up choreography.
This class is designed with a nod 518 theater people and those who  
secretly would like to be. You won’t get original Broadway  
choreography. (You’ll have to go to Steps for that.) You will get:
•        a great, meaningful warmup
•        guidance in developing your technique
•        center and cross-floor work to get you gliding, strutting,  
turning, jumping …
•        groovy (possibly swanky!) combinations in varied styles each class
•        a new connection with your body and movement
•        confidence, sophistication, and sass
