SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Please submit your audition video by Friday April
22nd to Jarel at lakegeorgedinnertheatre.org and put ”LAKE GEORGE AUDITION” in
the subject line. Please prepare a video audition of one of the monologues
from the show provided here:  https://tinyurl.com/5n93mjpd and please email
your audition via a video submission link (youtube or vimeo preferred).
Attach a headshot and resume to your email and please indicate if you live
within commuting distance of Lake George.



This will be an Actors' Equity Dinner Theater contract.  Non-Union actors
are encouraged to audition and, if cast,  will be required to join Actors'
Equity.  All rehearsals will take place during daytime hours.  There will
be seven performances per week: Three matinees (TUE, WED, THUR at 1:00) and
four evening shows (WED-SAT at 7:30).   The theater is located in Lake
George and all rehearsals will be in Glens Falls.

Seeking actors for the following roles in “First Night”:

Danny Fleming - Male identifying; Mid-30s. He has given up on his dreams
and he thinks he is happy enough working in a video store. Then in walks
his childhood crush whom he hasn't seen in almost 20 years and upends his
whole world. Danny tells his story right to the audience. Actor must be
comfortable with direct address.

Meredith O'Connor - Female identifying; Mid-30s. She has been a nun for the
past 20 years, and it shows (she dropped out of high school to join the
nunnery). She knows what she wants for the first time in her life, but is
comically unaware of how to get it. However, she is determined to find out
if her childhood crush felt the same way.

NOTE - LGDT is a fully vaxxed company.  All actors must be vaccinated prior
to contract signing
