Hi-
I would love to spread the word to the Capdist list about an audition
opportunity for BOX OUT BULLYING.

character descriptions can be found below. Both roles are adult males.

*[TOM] *21 to 35, all ethnicities man. A class clown. He is lively and
quick-witted. Engaging and entertaining, he possesses a natural ability
to capture and hold the attention of young viewers. Tom incorporates
eccentric movements, dancing, and singing into his performance.Quick
thinking, physical agility, comedic timing, singing ability, charismatic
stage presence.
* Previous Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) experience is a must.
As a company representative, must be comfortable interacting with school
faculty and staff members.
* MUST BE ABLE TO SING
* MUST HAVE GOOD PHYSICALITY/BE A MOVER (the character dances but it is not
choreographed)
* Must have a driver's license

*[JERRY] *21 to 35, all ethnicities man. A teacher. He is charismatic and
knowledgeable. He serves as a guiding figure throughout the show. He
imparts valuable lessons to both the character of Tom and the audience.
* Previous Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) experience is a must.
As a company representative, must be comfortable interacting with school
faculty and staff members.
* Must have a driver's license
