Join us on *Saturday April 13 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm* at Creative Action
Unlimited, 6 Greenwood Dr, East Greenbush for the next workshop in our
Second Saturday Series! *Exploring Stage Position* is appropriate for
actors and directors at all levels of experience.
This workshop will help participants develop a deep understanding of stage
position and its impact on performance. Through practical exercises and
discussions, participants will explore various stage positions, learn how
to effectively use them to communicate with the audience and develop a
heightened spatial awareness on stage.
*Michael A. Lake* is a multi-disciplinary artist who has been working in
the greater Capital Region for over 14 years acting, directing, designing,
and producing theatre productions. Michael attended Highschool at John
Sales School of Fine Arts at Schenectady High School, and majored in
Theater Performance at Schenectady County Community College, as well as
Multimedia Design at The Art Institute. He is a co-founder and former
Producing Technical Director of the Will Kempe’s Player’s Cooperative in
Troy, NY, Master Carpenter and Rigger at EMPAC at RPI, and is also an
illustrator and graphic designer.
