Jed Mills' last Intensive Improv Weekend Workshop went so well he has scheduled another!  However, this Workshop will be part of a Documentary being done on Jed (accomplished Actor, Improviser and Instructor from LA)!  And, yes, he is still moving back to LA mid-August!  
 


Below are the Workshop details:











 
 
Jed Mills has confirmed all the details and logistics for his next (30 hour) Intensive Improv Workshop Weekend:
 
Location:
 
Woodlawn Commons (518-587-4100) Senior Living building at 156 Lawrence Street, Saratoga Springs, NY  12866  (cross streets:  between Embury Drive and Clement Avenue).
 
Dates/times:
 
Thursday, July 30 - 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday, July 31 - 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 1 - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 2 - 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (or 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
 
Breaks will be provided -- bring water or beverages/snacks (vending machines are on premises).  Dining is available at the Woodlawn Commons Senior Living Center.  Lunch and Dinner menus change daily, are very good and inexpensive.  Jed will make reservations for those wishing to eat as a group.

The Improv Show will be held at the Saratoga Arts Council building on 320 Broadway, Saratoga Springs:
 
Monday, August 3 - 6:30 p.m. Call / 7:30 p.m. Show (post-show wine and cheese reception for all attendees); promotional flyers will be provided.  All Improvisers are to dress in black button down or plain black polo shirts, black pants, black shoes/sneakers.  Females should use barretts or hair ties to keep hair out of the face.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  A documentary will be made throughout this entire workshop/show!   Upon completion, Jed will promote it to media.  This is the first Intensive Improv Workshop by Jed to be documented!  
 
Cost for this Intensive Workshop is $295 for 30 hours of instruction -- far below the cost on the West Coast for this caliber of training!  (Even less per hour than voice, instrument and/or acting classes!)   As Jed mentioned during the UI meeting, if a participant applies himself/herself and puts forth the effort to learn improvisation but feels he/she did not gain from his instruction, a refund will be made.  However, no one has ever asked for a refund!
 
A deposit check of half is required to hold your seat in this Workshop.  Please make your check payable to Jed Mills and mail it to him at:  104 Caroline Street, Saratoga Springs, NY  12866.  HOWEVER, you must email me to ensure your name is on our Master Registration List.  No more than 12 participants are taken for an Intensive Workshop.
 

Upon completion of Jeds' Intensive Improv Workshop Weekend, participants will have all the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to become a bona fid Improv Troupe!  (The "Neurotics" was the last group to graduate and perform!)  Many of Jeds' participants remain together as a Troupe, while other participants use the workshop to enhance their Acting, Directing and Writing Skills!
  
Remember:  PLEASE respond to me so that I know your intentions for registration.  Unless I have your name on the Master Registration List and Jed receives a deposit check, you will not be considered registered for this workshop.
