Regional Premiere – One More Weekend! 

July 27-28 at 8 pm, and July 29 at 2 pm

 

A group of high school seniors at a Catholic boarding school faces issues of
sexuality and personal identity. As they struggle to come to terms with who
they are, and who the world thinks they should be, they seek answers from
their Church, their friends, and ultimately, from within themselves. Its
rich, vibrant score draws on many styles of contemporary music. This is the
final production of bare before its Broadway debut in December! This
production is part of our Eclectic Performance Series and involves mature
themes and language. Tickets are $20 at the door, $18 if purchased at least

Set in Damon Runyon's mythical New York City, this oddball romantic comedy -
considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy – soars with the spirit
of Broadway as it introduces us to a cast of vivid characters who have
become legends in the canon: Sarah Brown, the upright but uptight "mission
doll," out to reform the evildoers of Time Square; Sky Masterson, the slick,
high-rolling gambler who woos her on a bet and ends up falling in love;
Adelaide, the chronically ill nightclub performer whose condition is brought
on by the fact she's been engaged to the same man for 14 years; and Nathan
Detroit, her devoted fiancé, desperate as always to find a spot for his
infamous floating crap game. This production is part of our C.A.S.T.
