Folks, a reminder email before the weekend comes:

REMINDER: AUDITIONS FOR JONATHAN LARSON'S RENT!

Audition Dates: Mon & Tue, Jan 10th and 11th, 2011 At 7:00 PM
AUDITIONS TO BE HELD AT EMMANUEL FRIEDENS CHURCH
Located at 218 Nott Terrace in Schenectady, NY. NOTE: There is overflow
parking available in the lot across the street.

Again the pertinent information:

Performance dates will be April 8-10 and 14-17, Please prepare 32 bars of a
song, preferably NOT from RENT, but in a similar musical style (An audition
accompanist will be provided). You may be asked to read a monologue as part
of the audition (monologues will be provided and you will be given time to
review them before your audition) - You may also bring a prepared
monologue. There will be dance/movement audition so please come dressed
comfortably or with a change of clothes.

Age Range 18-30 | Vocal Range: Baritone/Tenor

ROGER DAVIS
Age Range 20-32 | Vocal Range: Tenor

MIMI MARQUEZ
Age Range 18-30 | Vocal Range: Soprano (Belter)

TOM COLLINS
Age Range 25-35 | Vocal Range: Baritone/Bass

ANGEL DUMOTT SCHUNARD
Age Range 20-35 | Vocal Range: Tenor (w/Falsetto)

MAUREEN JOHNSON
Age Range 23-35 | Vocal Range: Mezzo Soprano (Belter)

JOANNE JEFFERSON
Age Range 28-35 | Vocal Range: Contralto

BENJAMIN "BENNY" COFFIN III
Age Range 25-35 | Vocal Range: Baritone

ENSEMBLE MEMBERS

Age Range: 16-35

NOTE: These age ranges generally mean "...or actors who can play within that
range" - Meaning if you are 40 or above you may very well be able to portray
a character within the requested age ranges... so feel free to audition.
