HUBBARD HALL CENTER FOR THE ARTS AND EDUCATION HOLDING AUDITIONS *FOR PETER
AND THE STARCATCHER*



* (Cambridge, NY July 15, 2016) Hubbard Hall Center for the Arts and
Education will hold open auditions for its fall production of Rick Elice’s
Peter and the Starcatcher rehearsing weeknights & Saturdays September 12 –
October 7 and performing October 8th-23rd (Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30pm,
Saturdays & Sundays at 2pm). *

Initial auditions will be held *Wednesday, July 27 from 5pm–7pm* in the
Board Room in Hubbard Hall’s Beacon Feed/Studio Building (the room all the
way to the left). Actors should prepare two monologues, one contemporary
and one classic (at least one comedic), and part of a song to be sung a
Capella. Sides from the show will be provided and actors may be paired with
scene partners at the audition. Familiarity with the script is highly
recommended. We are looking for 8-10 performers to cover all roles and will
likely do some cross-gender casting.

In keeping with Hubbard Hall’s mission to combine professionals, seasoned
amateurs, students, and novices in its productions, everyone who has a
strong desire to perform is invited to audition. Those people interested in
working behind the scenes in a technical capacity are also urged to inquire.



Hubbard Hall Center for the Arts and Education, located in a renovated 1878
