Page to Stage
Ages 4-7
*Children will be introduced to acting and playwriting skills by creating
and performing their own original story. Please bring your favorite book
with the character you want to portray. We will combine everyone's favorite
character to create a story of their own. Through the four week process
students learn the basics of storytelling and performance, developing
creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and literacy skills through theatre
exercises. Instructor: Noah Casner*
*4 Tuesdays*

*10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22 from 4:30pm-5:15pm at the Saratoga Senior Center
(5 Williams Street)*

Scene Study Ages 7-10
*Children will be introduced to theater terminology such as objective,
beats and operatives. They will learn how to break down a scene, act the
moment before and listen to their partners. We will also work on how to
give constructive feedback to our fellow peers. This is a great
introduction to acting! On the last day we will perform our scenes for our
family and friends at 11:15am.*
*Instructor: Noah Casner*
*4 Saturdays*

*11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23 from 10:30am-11:30am at the Saratoga Senior
Center (5 Williams Street)*
