[Capdist-auditions] fee based acting class

Who wants to attend a beginning acting class on Tuesday nights from 6:30-8pm starting April 11th? The class will run for two months  - April 11, 18 25, May 2 and May 9,16, 23, 30 

 

This class is a beginning acting class and will focus on the tools of building a scene and /or monologue. Those tools wiil be:

Identifying objectives and how they are implemented into actions

Discovering how to choose and utilize theatrically intertesting actions and what are actions

What are beats and how to identify them and play them

Working with a partner - giving and taking

How to use and trust your own instincts and life resources to relate to given circumstances

What are given circumstances and how do they influence your work

Relaxation 

 

Character work will begin in the fall.....

 

Anyone who is interested let me know....

Classes will be held in uptown Kingston.
